Address and local context

Use tú for the relatively informal product guidance covered by this edition. Keep the related verb and possessive forms consistent. This is a choice for the content, not a description of every Chilean speaker or situation. If a brief requires a different treatment, establish it for the whole surface.

Write close to the reader without adding slang, a stereotyped accent or a stronger promise than the source. Verify local product terminology and displayed labels instead of borrowing them automatically from the Mexican or Spain edition.
